100 Pallets Delivered

This one applies to what you buy. At 100 pallets or more, delivery is free across the whole service area, from the port area to the Inland Empire, and wholesale pricing starts at the same point. Below 100, expect a delivery fee based on distance, quoted upfront.

30 Reusable Pallets Sold

This one applies to what we buy from you. When you have 30 or more pallets for us to purchase, the pickup costs you nothing and you are paid for every reusable Grade A and Grade B pallet in the load. The full details are in our pallet buyback terms.

50 Pallets Removed

This one applies to stock with no resale value: broken boards, cracked stringers, weathered or mixed piles. From 50 pallets, removal is free. Under 50, there is a small fee that depends on your location, and we tell you what it is before the truck rolls.

Put side by side, as an example: a shipper ordering 120 pallets a month with 40 reusable empties on hand is over the 100-pallet delivery threshold and over the 30-pallet buyback threshold, and we can run both legs on the same trip. What We Buy Back and What We Just Haul

We accept pallets in all conditions, but not every pallet earns a payment. The line runs roughly like this.

Paid: Reusable Grade A and Grade B

Grade A means like-new: no broken or missing boards, no significant staining. Grade B has cosmetic wear only (surface marks, slight staining, a small repair) and is still sound under load. Not Paid, Still Removed: Broken and Mixed Stock

Pallets with missing boards or cracked stringers, old weathered stock and mixed piles of various conditions all leave on the truck. You are not paid for them, and on large quantities you are not charged for them either.

What We Cannot Take: Hazmat-Contaminated Pallets

Pallets contaminated with hazardous material are not accepted, paid or unpaid. Keep any such pallets separate and tell us before the pickup so the crew does not load them by mistake.

Standing Agreements: One Price Conversation Instead of Fifty

A one-off pickup means a fresh quote every time. When volume is consistent, weekly or monthly, we set up a standing pallet purchase agreement: a per-pallet price agreed once, plus a pickup schedule that runs weekly or bi-weekly.
